Zillion Enter Key Name Keyword

    Parameter to specify the name of the Enter Key for the ZENTER zillion input mode. Default is "+Enter".  With the addition of support for the #keyboard device in 3.0.1.0 of DMDX no one should ever have to use this keyword again.
