Decrement Counter If No Response Keyword

    Subtracts one from counter .name. or number N if there is no response.  Conditional arithmetic keywords (<incic>, <inciw>, <incinr>, <decic>, <deciw> or <decinr>) are evaluated after the item is displayed.  See the Set Counter keyword.
