Dropped parameters and switches.

    The following switches and parameters have been dropped from Dmastr in DMDX:

L parameter

This is replaced by the <VideoMode> keyword.

V and VV switches	Usage of the palette is no longer under our control, we now bow to the windows palette manager. Color control is done with the color of RTF text and the <WritingColor> and <BackgroundColor> switches.
{}	All VM extensions, replaced by <Sound> and other switches.
I and Q switches	Install (I) and select font (Q), replaced by RTF fonts.
